Worst travel day in many years - thoughts on a complaint? Today I was scheduled SAN - JFK - MAD to go and spend 2 weeks with my daughter. I had booked months in advance and had wonderful exit/bulkhead seats.

While I was standing in line to check my bag at SAN I got the alert that the flight was delayed...
