3. Rights You Grant Us

Services of Altruu allows you to create, upload, post, transfer, receive and store content. When you do that you grant us a license to use those contents. For every content you submit on Altruu, you grant us and our affiliates an universal, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to store, use, host, display, reproduce, edit and modify, adapt, publish, and distribute that content. This license gives us the rights for developing, operating, providing, promoting, and improving the services and researching and developing new ones.

In addition to granting us the rights mentioned above, you also grant us an eternal license to create other works from, exhibit, promote, broadcast, sublicense, publicly perform, syndicate, and display those content in any form and in any and all media or existing and forthcoming distribution methods. When you enter, create, upload, post, or send content, you also grant Altruu, our business partners and affiliates the unrestricted, universal, permanent rights and license to display your content in Global feed, viewable by Altruu users all over the world. This means, that you will not be entitled to any compensation from Altruu or our affiliates, or our business partners if your contents, name, interests, identity is used in any of our services.

Altruu always retain the rights to access, review, screen, classify, mark and delete your content at any time and for any reason, without prior information. Still at any time, you alone are responsible for the content you create, upload, post, send, or store through Altruu services. We always love to receive feedback and suggestions from our users but remember that Altruu have the rights to use your feedbacks and ideas without compensating you.

4. Altruu Exclusive Contents

As a part of the services, Altruu provides you with exclusive Altruu contents which may be informative or entertaining of different genres that may include pictures, facts, articles and others. Such Altruu contents mostly aims at providing you with verified information and accurate information. Altruu does not guarantee the content is truthful. Altruu tries to provide contents as truthful as possible. Altruu does not hold any liability regarding the contents which it provides. Altruu always like to provide you verified and truthful contents, but we cannot guarantee it and Altruu do not take the responsibility for the contents we provide and its truthfulness. Altruu Global feed is the feed visible to people accessing Altruu. The contents you post on Altruu may or may not go to global feed depending on the privacy settings you setup. If you do not want any of your posts to enter global feed, be sure you post them with suitable privacy settings. Users are recommended not to post any of their personal contents or confidential information in global feed. If you do so, any consequence of your actions that you face or that affects other users, will be held responsible by you. Altruu is not liable to you or any other users for such issues. If any other user is affected in any way by the post’s you make or share, the affected user has the rights for legal actions against you. Altruu always have the rights to delete or modify any of your posts, anytime without prior information and without disclosing the reason to you. Altruu also have the complete rights to classify your posts accordingly such as original, fake or inappropriate anytime without prior information and without disclosing the reason to you. By using Altruu you understand and agree to the working and terms.

7. Responsibility of Altruu Users

We do our best to keep Altruu safe and protect the safety of the users. But we cannot guarantee as it requires the commitment of users. By using the services of Altruu, you agree to the following conditions:

• You will not provide any false information for the creation of the account nor create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
• You will keep your contact and other information accurate and up-to-date.
• You will not post violent, nude, discriminatory, pornographic, false, misleading, fake, extreme, hateful or threatening contents in the service.

• You are solely responsible for any of the consequences resulting from the actions you do using Altruu services such as posting, sharing, or displaying any content.
• If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not involve in any activities that violates or disturbs the rights, or in any other way, the freedom and privacy of others.
• You will not bully or harass the society in common.
• You will not interfere or involve in any activity disturbing the network, services or servers of Altruu. This will also include uploading viruses, or other malicious code, stealing of confidential information, stealing user information and database in or from any of the services of Altruu. In such cases you will hold responsibility for the loss happens in any means to Altruu and you will be responsible for any associated legal actions. You will have to compensate for any kind of losses as per the demands of Altruu.
• You will accept any of the actions against you by Altruu for reasons which may or may not be exposed to you.
• You will not share your account password with others, or let others access your account.
• You will not transfer your account to others without getting permission from Altruu.
• You will not try to access Altruu using any means other than those provided to you. Any use of third party applications or clients to access an Altruu account is a serious offence and is punishable by law.
• You will not use or attempt to use another user’s account, username, or password without their permission.
• You will not use Altruu to do anything illegal, misleading or that can cause any kind of offensive acts.
• You will not collect other user information from Altruu.
• You will not encourage or promote any act that violate our terms.

Violation of these terms may result in the complete or partial termination of the Altruu services provided to you. You understand that you are solely responsible for all your activities using our services and you use the service at your own risk. Altruu is not responsible for any of the content posted and activities occur in our services. In cases of violations of our terms, you will hold responsibility for the loss happens in any means to Altruu and you will be responsible for any associated legal actions. 8. General Terms

• Altruu always retain the rights to restrict, modify or terminate the services provided to you for any reason, without prior notice at any time without any liability. Once your account is deactivated, your profile, photos, comments, likes, friendships, and all other data will not be accessible using the account. After this, any licence and rights provided to you will be invalid and we hold no responsibility for any of your losses.
• Altruu retain the rights to refuse access to anyone, at all time without disclosing any reason.
• You are solely responsible for your interaction with any user of our service. You agree that Altruu is not responsible for any such activities related to users. You are solely responsible for any of the consequences resulting from your interaction with the users. Always be aware while interacting with anyone new, and while submitting posts. The posts may appear globally and Altruu is not responsible for any consequences of such acts and hereby you also agree that we can use your contents without compensating you.
• There may be links to other websites and third-party content within our services that we do not maintain. Altruu do not control any of the services or the content of the third-party web services. Your interaction with such services is your responsibility and you agree that Altruu is in no way responsible for any such third-party contents or services.
• You should not use our branding, logos, designs, photographs, videos, or any other materials used in our services or use the service, content or any tools provided by Altruu for any commercial purposes or any other purposes that cause any kind of harm or damage to Altruu, without our consent. In such cases you will hold responsibility for your actions and you have to compensate for any of the losses as per the demands of Altruu.
• You should not represent yourself or a group, institution, or organization as a part of Altruu, related to Altruu or any credits to Altruu, without written legal agreement from the sole founder of Altruu. On violation of these terms, you will hold responsibility of your actions, and you will be liable to compensate any demands of Altruu, which will be a minimum of hundred thousand U. S. Dollars (US $ 1,000.00) or any other higher demands stated by Altruu.
• As we are constantly trying to improve our services, we may add or remove features, products, or functionalities, and we may also suspend or stop the services altogether. We may take any of these actions at any time, and when we do, we may not provide you with any notice beforehand.

9. Respecting Other’s Rights

We respect the rights of others and so should you. User’s across our services have the rights to enjoy their privacy and protect themselves from the violation of their rights. At the same time, they are responsible not to involve in others rights or hurt them by any means.

• Altruu have the rights to disable an user’s account if they are reported of abusive activity by an user after verification.

Many of the services we provide allows to you create, upload, post, send, receive, and store contents of different types. Every user has the rights to post and and display them through our services. You are recommended to provide contents only those that you are comfortable to share with public. The whole responsibility of the contents you share and the use of our services is with you. Always be sure that everything you do in the network is happening with your knowledge and Altruu will always have the rights to manage all the activities of users across the services we provide.

The contents you post on Altruu will be visible to other users of Altruu and general public or not and you are solely responsible for your posts. Any use of your posts by others will not be held responsible by us. Be sure that you submit your posts, messages and anything in our services with your complete knowledge. While we’re not required to do so, we may access, review, screen, and delete your content at any time and for any reason, including to provide and develop the services or if we think your content violates these terms or if reported abusive by other users or found so by Altruu. Any such actions of Altruu is not questionable and Altruu is not liable to anyone regarding such actions. Altruu always have the rights to delete or modify user contents, pages, gangs and Altruu account all the time, without prior information and disclosure of reason. Most of our services provides authentic contents. So contents and posts are classified into genuine or fake by Altruu and in some cases by Altruu users. Contents that users post or share may also be marked genuine or fake by Altruu, Altruu holds no responsibility on any cases of queries or consequences arising in this issue. Such classification of contents will be applicable to everyone and everyone accessing our services are liable to accept it. Any use or reliance on any content or materials posted via the services or obtained by you through the services is at your own risk. You agree that Altruu have the rights to use your contents and classify your content according to our will from our service in any way with no compensation paid to you.

11. Accessing Our Services

The services Altruu provides are open to everyone in and out of our planet. Using the services of Altruu indicates that you have accepted all the terms of our services. Our services evolve constantly. We may change the services we provide with updates or stop services generally. We also retain the rights to limit the use of our services at any time and suspend users from accessing a service. By using our services, you also accept that you will not misuse any of the services we provide either by using illegal means, accessing unauthorised places or by prohibited activities. Trying to access our services or information of the network in ways other than what we provide is a serious offence. Extracting or attempting to do so, the information of other users is illegal. 12. User Account

User may access Altruu using an Altruu account or your certain other social accounts. You are responsible for any activity that occurs in your Altruu account. So it is important to keep your account secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding login details and passwords. So use a strong password and users be aware that you do not provide you login details anywhere other than during Altruu login and inside your account. We will not be responsible for any loss or misuse of login details of users. We encourage people to login to their accounts frequently, after creation of their account. Please note that Altruu may remove your account due to prolonged inactivity. Contact and other details associated with your account should be updated and make sure it is revised in case of any changes. In case of change in mobile number or email addresses, update the changes immediately, to ensure that your messages are sent to you and not to the wrong person. You should not create another account if we’ve disabled your account, without the permission to do so.

13. Disclaimer

We are always trying to keep our services running, free of bugs and annoyances and safe. But you use it at your own risk. The services by Altruu is provided to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. We always try to provide a good user experience, but we do not guarantee that the services will always be error-free, secure, timely or that Altruu will function without disruptions, delays or imperfections. We also do not assure that any user content or information you obtain from or through the services of Altruu is accurate. Altruu takes no responsibility for the contents you post on our services, any of your actions on Altruu or any of your act following the information that you obtain from the services.

Altruu mostly do not control or direct user’s activities and so Altruu is not responsible for the content or information users transmit or share. We are not responsible for any inappropriate, offensive, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content or information you may encounter on our service. Altruu hereby disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, custom, trade, quiet enjoyment, system integration and freedom from computer virus. If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions, content or information on Altruu, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim. By using the services of Altruu, you understand and agree to all these statements.

14. Limitation of Liability

Your access to and use of the services or any content is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Altruu is not liable for any direct or indirect, special, incidental, resultant or disciplinary damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, good-will, use, or any other losses, resulting from 1) the service; 2) the Altruu content or user contents; 3) your access to use of or inability to access or use the services; 4) actions taken in connection with an investigation by Altruu or law enforcing agencies for your or any other party's use of the service; 5) any action taken against copyright related issues or that related to intellectual contents; 6) any exclusion or errors in the services of Altruu; 7) any damages to the devices, technology or equipment’s used by the users including but not limited to damage from security failures or from viruses, bugs, error, interruption, tampering, defect, fraud, omission, delay in operation or transmission, computer line or network failure or any other technical or other malfunction, including, without limitation, damages for lost of profits, goodwill, data or leading to work stoppage, inaccuracy of results, or computer malfunction. The limitations of the liability are applicable even if such damages were foreseeable or even if Altruu have been warned or advised of or should have known of the chances of such damages by means of any contract, warranty, tort or statute. In no event shall the aggregate liability of the Altruu entities exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. Dollars (U.S. $100.00) or the amount you paid Altruu, if any, in the past one month for the services giving rise to the claim.

You agree that any losses, damages, or injuries that arises out of Altruu's acts or omissions, the damages, if any, caused to you are in no way under the responsibility of Altruu and are not adequate to make you eligible for accusing Altruu legally, preventing any exploitation of websites, services, properties, products or other contents owned or led by Altruu, and you will have no rights to prevent the activities including progress, creation, supply, advertising, exhibition or display of any website, possessions, product, service, or other content owned or controlled by Altruu. Altruu is not responsible for the content, information, data, or actions of third parties and you completely release Altruu from any such claims and damages both known and unknown, arising out of or in any way in connection with any claim you have against such third parties. We will not provide the information you supply us, but Altruu acts as a global transparent social network and we ensure your privacy and your information safety as much as possible. We will never sell information for commercial purposes at any circumstances. Few information you provide in Altruu are visible globally such as your profile, and post’s, hence those information may be used by people or third parties accessing Altruu. So please be responsible in what you provide and share on Altruu. Altruu ensures everyone is safe as much as possible.

15. Data Charges

You are responsible for any kind of data charges or SMS charges incurred for using our services. Altruu in no way is responsible for the charges you bear. In case of any queries about data charges and SMS cost, contact your service provider before using the services.

16. License to Our Services

Altruu provides you with personal, worldwide free license to access all our services. The license is meant to enable you to use all the services provided by Altruu in the manner permitted by these terms. All these terms are applicable to you throughout the time you use our services. The licence provided to you doesn’t provide you with any additional rights to use Altruu services or a part of it, be it a content, picture or design, for other commercial purposes nor modify them for other use. The services we provide are protected by copyrights, trademark and other laws. No one is given the right to use the Altruu name, trademarks, logos, icon, domain name, and other distinctive brand features for personal or commercial use.

17. Termination

Altruu may terminate or suspend your access to or ability to use any and all services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to if you breach any of the terms or conditions of this agreement. Particularly, Altruu may immediately terminate the accounts that is involved in repeated copyright violations and violation of social guidelines. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon the deletion of the account by either of the sides, all the rights provided to you to use or access Altruu services will cease. All provisions of this agreement shall terminate but still the rights you grant us and those regarding safety shall apply.

18. Arbitration

The following statements will help you understand how Altruu use individual arbitration to resolve dispute between Altruu and you. You access and use of our services indicates that you agree with Altruu in terms regarding arbitration. Please reads the following terms carefully. You hereby agree with Altruu that any kind of claims or disagreement between you and Altruu arising out of or relating to the terms of service or use of our services that cannot be resolved in small claims court will be solved by forming an arbitration on an individual basis, except that you and Altruu are not required form arbitration in which either of you look for relief from unlawful use of loos, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or trade names.

Altruu honours and resects all the requirements of Digital Millennium Copyright Act. All our services are designed, keeping in mind the necessity to secure all the intellectual properties of public from being misused. Hence, we take all the necessary steps to remove any infringing contents or materials that comes to our view. If Altruu ever come to know that anyone using Altruu repeatedly infringe copyrights, we will take all possible steps to remove the account of the person responsible for this. You can report suspected copyright violations to Altruu anytime, and we would ensure that your identity will not be exposed to anyone.

If you file a copyright notice with Altruu, it must satisfy all the requirements required by DMCA. This means that it must,

We want Altruu to be a global platform where people will have a feeling of safety, connectivity and authenticity about the information they receive. In order to make people feel so and provide them the best possible experience, Altruu has set certain guidelines which will be applicable for anyone accessing and using Altruu.

Harassment & Bullying

• If someone blocks you, do not try to contact them using another account.

• Do not pretend to be someone else, including your friends, family members, celebrities, organization, institution or brands.
