2024 Week 17 One Daily Positive, Project 365 and A Selfie a Day AprilI've been struggling with a bad back for a couple of weeks, it's really painful when sitting. I think it's an old injury from when I slipped 3 discs on a water ride at the Atlantis, the Palm in Dubai in 2014. it last flared up in 2021 with a hospital stay for 3 nights.
