Is "Upfare" an option on LH
Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, I did a search and did not find.
On AC there is an option to "Upfare" when moving up to a higher cabin. They don't charge a change fee simply the fare difference when going from Y-->PY. or Y/PY-->J.
