All rows matching column = TRUE if not FALSE and link to empty cell Hello,

I have to do some validation test and it needs to come back as TRUE or FALSE.

I have a table called validation_table on Sheet2. There is conditional formatting to see if there is an empty cell in a row. As an example, the third row is missing a number.
