Mashi No Mashi is a concept by Hisato Hamada, founder of Wagyumafia, and this is their first outpost in Southeast Asia where it also has outlets in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Jeddah. Each item on the menu is made exclusively with Chef Hisato’s hand-selected Ozaki beef, known for its rich umami flavour with subtle hints of sweetness.
