EK upgrade offers Y to J - better options VIE vs MUC

I am wondering if EK (haven't flown them since Covid) still offers cash upgrades Y to C in manage my booking/ at check in?
If so, what are the better options in terms of availability and price MUC vs VIE for a flight mid July?
