Bal and Patel for their insightful editorial comment and for highlighting concerns regarding the adequacy of patient counseling and monitoring afforded by direct-to-consumer (DTC) telehealth care. The present study identifies a wide variation in the reliability of patient information on erectile dysfunction (ED) among the leading providers of DTC providers, underscoring the need for further investigation into the safety and efficacy of this nascent care model.
