Transit Doha on Separate Tickets Travelling Mle-Lon via Doha on 2 seperate reward tickets with a transit time of 4.5hrs. Can i get my bags checked straight through to London and issued both boarding cards at Mle to save clearing immigration at Doha?

Are frequent flyer programs even worth it anymore? With continued "enhancements" and opaque rules and availability are these programs even worth it for 90% of people? There are of course those genuine frequent flyers who will get some value, but for the majority of people the hype will never match...

it’s a P business light fare so no QR lounge access but I presume that as BA gold I can use the cathay lounge at G ?...
