Food Review: Yat Ka Yan Dessert At Tan Quee Lan Street | Popular Dessert Shop Opens Second Outlet In Bugis The Place Following its success at Fortune Centre, the popular local dessert shop Yat Ka Yan Dessert opened its second outlet in Bugis along Tan Quee Lan Street recently. It has always been on my list to visit the Fortune Centre outlet and thanks to procrastination, I finally got down to the new outlet for the first time. The interior of Yat Ka Yan Dessert at Tan Quee Lan is spacious and open where you can expect a bare looking interior and silver metallic looking table.   The Food The menu is very extensive where the desserts are split into hot and cold desserts, averaging around S$3.50 to S$4 which is very reasonable pricing. Some of the signature items include the likes of Durian Chendol (S$7.5, Yam Paste (S$5.8 and Sesame (S$4.5. There is also a small selection of savoury snacks where I had the Cai Po Chee Cheong Fun (S$5), a dish I highly recommend going for as it is such a unique combination to pair the rice rolls with delicious ‘Cai Po’.
