IL-4Rα signaling promotes barrier-altering oncostatin M and IL-6 production in aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease This study demonstrates overproduction of oncostatin M and IL-6 in nasal fluid in aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD) and suggests that dupilumab-induced decrease of both oncostatin M and IL-6 contributes to its therapeutic efficacy in AERD.
