Adults who have recently vaped more likely to have asthma start at an earlier age Adults who have recently vaped or used other electronic nicotine delivery systems are more likely to have asthma symptoms start at an earlier age, according to a US study. The researchers found there was a 252% increased risk of the onset of asthma at earlier ages for adults who used electronic nicotine delivery systems in the past 30 days vs adults who did not. For teens aged 12-17 years, the authors didn't find a link between recent vaping and asthma onset although the authors say that could be due to a lack of statistical power.
